Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp  nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the bulgur, water, salt, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the raisins and nuts and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove the porridge from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve the porridge with your favorite toppings.
