Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the bulgur, water, salt, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the raisins and nuts and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the porridge from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Serve the porridge with your favorite toppings.
