Ingredients
  

  • 2 stalks escallion
  • 1/2 small bell pepper( green )
  • pimento seeds
  • 1/2 small small jalapeno pepper (red or yellow)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 4 sprigs thyme or rosemary
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1/8 cup white vinegar
  • 1/8 cup water

Instructions
 

  • First, you’ll combine the garlic, onions, scallions, thyme, allspice, and Scotch bonnet peppers in a bowl and mix until combined
  • Then, add the pork chops to the bowl and coat them with the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and let the pork chops marinate for at least one hour.
  • Once the pork chops have marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and then add the pork chops
  • Cook the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through
